Updated for the Plans tab. §2 now describes private trip plans, AI trip planning, planning together, walks and trails, community places and the live trip view. New §4.9 covers planning together (invites, roles, what members see and can change). New §4.10 covers walks, trails, huts and maps: route data comes from OpenStreetMap and other sources, conditions change, and you decide whether a route is safe for you. §6 covers AI trip planning and says AI-written text is marked. New §8.10 explains booking a hotel inside your plan: our booking partner Nuitée (LiteAPI) takes the payment and books the hotel; the total price and anything payable at the property are shown before you pay; prices depend on your plan; the cancellation terms govern refunds; there is no 14-day withdrawal right for dated accommodation; we are your first point of contact for help. New §4.8 covers the community index of places. §15 replaces the closed EU ODR platform with out-of-court dispute resolution. §4.4: accounts created from this version's effective date start with a public profile; keeping a profile private is part of a subscription (older accounts are unchanged).

Your feed is ranked, not chronological. New §4.7 explains how public vlogs and guides are ordered for you, that a public profile can place you in the public "Top travellers" ranking in Explore (private profiles are never listed, and you can ask to be excluded), and that we may feature a guide you already published as an Editor's choice with a short AI-written blurb — at our discretion, with no entitlement to be featured and no fee. §2 adds the ranked feed, Explore and the weekly Editor's choice to the description of the Service; §6 confirms the rankings themselves come from a deterministic algorithm, not a language model.

The free 1 GB of cloud storage included with every account now applies to vlogs you share publicly on a public profile. Private cloud backup is part of paid plans; without one, private vlogs stay on your device. §8.7 rewritten — you can always subscribe, or download a vlog to your device and remove it from the cloud. When a paid plan ends we keep your public vlogs, newest first, up to the free gigabyte; everything else is soft-deleted and erased after the warned 30-day grace.

Adds §8.8: a published trip guide is kept and stays public after a subscription ends or its source vlog is deleted (the original video is dropped, the written guide remains); the owner can edit, unpublish or delete it at any time.
